Shipping & Returns

Processing time. Most custom apparel and transfer orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping, unless a rush option was purchased. In-stock items ship sooner.

Shipping methods. Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Local pickup. Fort Worth / DFW customers can choose local pickup at checkout at no shipping cost.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delays. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track a lost package.

Custom & personalized items are final sale. Because custom-printed, embroidered, and personalized products are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or we made an error.

Defects or our mistake. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll remake or refund it at no cost to you.

Non-custom / blank items. Unworn, unwashed blank items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Sizing. Please check the size charts on each product before ordering. Fit issues on correctly-produced custom items aren't eligible for return, so reach out before you order if you're unsure — we're happy to help.

How to start a return or report a problem. Email info@kowholesaledfw.com or use our contact form with your order number and details. We'll get back to you quickly.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank to post it.

Wholesale and bulk custom orders may have their own terms confirmed at the time of order (deposits, production timelines, and approval of proofs). Those terms take precedence over this page where they differ.
